A few kilometers away from Milan, Como and its famous lake are some of the greatest destinations in Northern Italy. In the surroundings there are many opportunities for a one-day trip: Milan, the city of fashion, design and Leonardo da Vinci; the town of Bellagio, located on a charming peninsula right in the middle of the lake; also close is Monte Rosa, the second highest mountain in the Alps and western Europe, after Mont Blanc.

How to get there?
There are three railway lines that connect Milan and the city of Como in less than one hour.
Milan Malpensa airport is also connected by train with Como, you have just to change train in Saronno.
