All oral presentations, Invited and Contributed, must be in PowerPoint, version 2007 or more recent. These should be sent to the ISPAC Abstract submission e-mail account (abstract@ispac-conferences.org) no later than June 3, 2013.

Invited Presentations are 30 minutes, in which the speaker has the full 30 minutes to present. After each group of Invited Speakers (either 3 or 2) there is a lengthy Q&A period (at least ½ hour)

Oral Presentations are for 15 minutes, which includes the Q&A period. The presentation period should be made in 12-13 minutes to allow 2 or 3 minutes for Q&A. The 15 minute period must be strictly enforced because there will be parallel sessions and attendees will move between these sessions according to the program schedule.

Poster presentations
These have a maximum dimension of 42”x42” (105cm x 105cm)
These can be put up in the poster exhibition area starting Monday morning, June 10th, and must be taken down before noon on Wednesday June 12th.
