If registering online for an inclusive registration sponsor/exhibitor, include the name of the person you wish to receive the included registration as the primary registrant.  In the 'remarks' section add the names of any registrants you wish to register at the discounted rate offered with the exhibitor or sponsor level selected, if applicable.  Please email info@ispac-conferences.org after completing this form if you wish to register additional people at the discounted rate to arrange special registration and payment.
